At One Community Outreach United (OCOU), we are driven by our mission to make a positive and lasting impact within our community. We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as volunteers. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to support OCOU’s mission, contribute to community development, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Please note that these are volunteer positions with no salary or stipend at the outset. Depending on the organization’s financial health, compensation may be considered in the future as OCOU grows and becomes more sustainable.

Available Volunteer Roles:

These volunteer roles offer the chance to actively contribute to OCOU’s mission while gaining valuable experience in nonprofit operations and community engagement. Volunteers play an essential part in helping to move our initiatives forward and support our work in the community.

• Human Resources Coordinator:
  As the HR Coordinator, you will assist in managing OCOU’s human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and supporting team members. Your role will help ensure that we attract and retain passionate individuals who are aligned with OCOU’s mission and values.
• Development Coordinator:
  The Development Coordinator will help support OCOU’s community outreach efforts and assist in identifying strategic partnerships that contribute to our growth. You will work to develop and maintain connections with local businesses and organizations to enhance OCOU’s impact.
• Financial Coordinator:
  As the Financial Coordinator, you will help oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Your role will support the organization’s financial management and help ensure we are working within our means while planning for sustainable growth.
• Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator:
  The Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator will work to develop and maintain relationships with volunteers and the local community. You will help create meaningful volunteer opportunities and engage supporters in ways that build long-lasting partnerships.
• Community Volunteer:
  As a Community Volunteer, you will assist with a variety of tasks and events organized by OCOU, including supporting local initiatives, helping with outreach, and participating in events that positively impact the community. This is a general volunteer position, perfect for anyone looking to give back and contribute to the success of OCOU’s efforts.
